IR Awards is an annual event to raise awareness of information disclosure, shareholder relations in particular or investor relations in general; to orient to a public – transparent – effective stock market and to honor the companies having the best investor relations activities

Ms. Mai Thi Linh Da – General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives made a speech at the award ceremony

Previously, the companies had to undergo a comprehensive survey on compliance in compliance with the obligation to disclose information on the Vietnamese stock market; whereby there were 114 outstanding listed companies (DNNY) standardized information disclosure. Although the survey covered 672 listed companies this year, showing an increase by 33 companies compared with the previous year, there was a decrease in the number of listed companies in information disclosure standardization. This indicates a more stringent level of information disclosure requirements of the Circular no. 155/2015/TT-BTC. The IR Awards 2017 voting was fierce and drastic from September 11, 1977 to October 13, 1977 when enterprises of the same size, same capitalization directly competed with each other.
