On 06th August 2016, Hoa Sen Group held successfully the Hoa Sen Group 15th years Anniversary Celebration and honorably received the Second – Grade Labour Medal.

On the morning of July 22nd, 2016, the Opening Ceremony of Representative Office Number 2 of Hoa Sen Group in Ho Chi Minh City was held at the 15th floor, Vietcombank Building, Number 5 Me Linh Square, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

On June 16th, 2016, the honor ceremony of "Vietnam's 50 best performing companies" (Top list 50) in 2016 was held at the GEM Center, Ho Chi Minh City. With constant efforts in business operations, Hoa Sen Group (Stock code: HSG) continues to be honored in Vietnam's 50 best performing companies in 2016. Earlier in 2014, 2015, Hoa Sen Group was also ranked in this top list. This is the third consecutive year that Hoa Sen Group has been awarded the title of "Vietnam's 50 best performing companies".

On June 06th, 2016 in Dong Hoi Industrial Zone, Quynh Lap Commune, Hoang Mai Town, Nghe An Province, Hoa Sen Nghe An Steel Sheet One Member Limited Liabilities Company officially put into operation the galvanizing line with NOF technology with a design capacity of 400,000 tons/year and successfully produced the first commercial steel sheet coil.

Hoa Sen Yen Bai Center of Trading – Services – Hotels - Restaurants and Events Project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) was started on May 19, 2016 at Group 48, Dong Tam Ward, Yen Bai City, Yen Bai Province by Hoa Sen Group.

On the morning of April 15, 2016, Hoa Sen Group successfully organized the inauguration ceremony for Hoa Sen Binh Dinh Plastic Pipe Plant at Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, Nhon Hoa Ward, An Nhon Town, Binh Dinh Province
