Overview of the ceremony
After receiving the most voted on the site http://ir.vietstock.vn with the prestige listed stock marketing by having a good relationship with the investors and shareholders, transparency and business operation effectiveness. Hoa Sen Group successfully passed over 38 listed company with strictly judgement and adapt every corporate governance requirement to be honered in Top 5 Listed company which have a good IR in 2016.Prior to 2013, Hoa Sen Group was also honored in this category.
Mr. Duong Duc Huy – Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Department, Director of Finance – Trade Remedies Division (3rd from right) on behalf of Hoa Sen Group received the award.
The ceremony was attended by 200 guests, including top executives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Home Affairs, State Security Commission of Vietnam, financial institutions, listed companies and prestigious media in the country.

Investors participate in evaluating and selecting items for the program.
The IR 2016 voting program is a comprehensive survey of 639 listed companies on both stock exchanges conducted by the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and Vietstock. Two steps through the survey:
(1) Comprehensive survey on the performance of information disclosure obligations on the Vietnamese stock market,
(2) Open public vote website (http://ir.vietstock.vn) for investors in parallel with reviews from financial institutions to find out 38 listed companies entered IR 2016 and Top 5 listed companies with the best IR activities 2016.

To be in the Top 5, listed companies must adapt those requirement as ensure the information disclosure fully comply on time ; passing the evaluation round of Invester Relation (IR) from professional investors as well as domestic.
